Ramon Calanza

Ramon Calanza is a seasoned Human Resources and Supply Chain professional with nearly two decades of experience, specializing in the transportation and logistics sector. A graduate of York University, Ramon is distinguished by his Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP) credential from CITT, and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification.
Throughout his career, Ramon has excelled in progressive leadership roles, including HR Generalist, Driver Recruiter, National Contracts Manager, HR Manager, Director of HR, Director of Talent & Retention, Vice President of Human Resources, Principal of MERE HR & Consulting, and most recently, Founder of The Truck Stop. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive business success by developing transformative HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and spearheading innovative talent acquisition initiatives.
